On Tuesday 23rd June 2020 I accidentally pressed some ink into the gaps between the skin cells of my right palm whilst resting it on my cutting mat.
I scanned this in, the fingerprint style skin cell structure was like a fluid framework onto which the ink plotted a pattern, filling some gaps and leaving other spaces empty.
The skin cell structure can be converted into the praxis of a diagram, there are infinite measures by which this can be done.

I got this ink pattern embedded into the skin cells permanently by tattooing it in.
Over the years my skin cells will twist as they grow, changing the framework the pattern is set against. At regular intervals (every 5 years) I will scan my palm in and translate a new composition from the marks and framework of skin cells.
